Balsamic Glaze

We are introducing a range of excellent balsamic glazes made by Acetaia Bellei, one of our balsamic vinegar producers based near Modena. Besides the Classic Glaze we are also offering three adventurous flavours - white truffle, raspberry and lemon. We recommend the white truffle variety to go with roasts and grilled meats, raspberry is delicious with ice creams and fruit salads, while the lemon version is great with salads and seafood.
