Beans and Pulses
Like our rice and flours, the dried beans and pulses are all from small Italian growers and are of the finest quality. Once properly soaked, none of the dried cannellini, borlotti or corona beans need long cooking times, and our great Umbrian lentils do not need to be soaked at all and cook in only 30 minutes. All the beans in jars are cooked and ready to eat.
