Capers

Highly prized tiny capers from the volcanic island of Lipari, just off Sicily, which together with the other Eolian Islands and Pantelleria is famous for its capers. Since virtually nothing else grows on these tiny volcanic islands, they are vital for the local economy when the tourists leave.
