Clams, Tuna, Anchovies

Our tuna is fished from the Mediterranean and is nearly all in virgin olive oil. The quality of the tuna is much better than the ones on sale in supermarkets. It has a soft texture and clean flavour and consists of thick fillets, not flakes. Steam cooked with no preservatives.

Our baby clams in their own juice (alla marinara) come in a ready-to-use small jar for home use.

Our anchovy fillets in extra virgin olive oil are also from the Med, are rich and meaty and a great ingredient for many delicious pasta sauces.
