Clams and Tuna

Our tuna is fished from the Mediterranean, off the Coast of Salerno and is all in virgin oil. The quality of the tuna is a world away from the tins on sale in supermarkets.  It has a soft texture and clean flavour and is thick fillets, not flakes.
