Flavoured Olive Oils

We are proud to introduce a range of brand new  flavoured olive oils  created  exclusively for us by LUIGI TEGA, the prestigious maker of extra vergin oils based near Foligno in central Umbria (our Evoos; Il Fattore, Basilica, Lyris among others)  all of which are now available in the UK.

 Some of the exotic flavours are citrus based, like the delicious Pink Graprefruit oil and the Bergamot oil (of Earl Grey tea fame!)- we also have available the very popular Lemon  and the Orange oils! - all of which are obtained by carefully crushing fresh fruits from the South together with the harvest of choice local umbrian olives. Whereas the fresh and delicate Basil oil and the hot Calabrian Chilli oil are both made by the infusion method.  

We also adding - all made by LUIGI TEGA- a superb new White Winter Truffle oil (tuber magnatum pico) and a Black Winter Truffle oil (tuber melanosporum) as well as a Porcini Mushroom one;  all are available in 250 and 100 ml bottles. And the current  White Truffle oil - the one with bits in the bottle -made by ELLESSE in Trevi, Umbria - hich happens to be one of the truffle-rich regions of Italy! - are still listed and available, as usual, in the 250 and 100 ml bottles. 

Only  very good quality extra virgin oil is used for all the above-mentioned oils. The truffle aroma is definite but only truly develops when added to warm food.
