Flour

All the flours are freshly milled to order for Guidetti, to ensure the very best quality and freshness. The highest grade Italian cereals are selected and milled by Giancarlo and Paolo Sala in Sondrio, a town in the Alps near the Swiss border. They are not chemically treated and therefore are in their natural, unadulterated state unless pre-cooked. So we recommend to our customers that none of these flours are exposed to direct sunlight or high temperatures for any length of time, especially in the summer, as improper storage can result in the development of flour moths. Each of the flours is available on request in 25kg bags. Please ask us for a quote.
