Goats Milk 'Caprini' Cheese

Goat’s milk ‘caprini’ are one of our most popular products.  The fresh individual cheeses are not pressed or cooked. They are made in Cuneo in Piedmont (the north western alps) and lend themselves extremely well to various flavourings, as detailed on each combination below. Presented in wooden trays of 6 cheeses, each cheese is about 130g and is a 5cm mini-wheel.

Also in this section is the erborinato di capra or ‘goat gorgonzola’.
