Honey, Preserves and Mostarda

The honey, preserves and mixed fruit mostarda in this selection are all genuine artisan products and the flavours chosen are so very typical Italian. The honeys are widely appreciated as accompaniments to a number of cheeses found in our cheeseboard, especially the acacia honey with white truffle. The range of mostardas is traditionally a very tasty accompaniment for roasts, boiled meat and cooked hams. All our marmalades and the peach jam are made by the same family business at Borgo la Torre near Siracusa, which is a well known region for its delicious citrus fruit and peaches.
