Onions In Balsamic Vinegar

These small ‘borrettane’ onions, mostly grown in the Veneto area, are white and lantern shaped and their flesh is crunchy and sweet. They are pickled in Bellei’s balsamic vinegar of Modena to give them a  very appetizing ‘sweet and sour’ taste.
