Parmigiano Reggiano and Grana Padano

Our  fully certified organic Parmigiano comes from the Hombre estate near Modena in Emilia-Romagna, where, in a closed cycle facility, they grow their own feed, breed their own dairy herd, and make and mature the wheels of organic cheese on site.

Our other Parmigiano Reggiano is made from winter mountain milk from the Apennine producers of Reggio Emilia and Parma.

Such distinctive cheeses are guaranteed to give you the intense aroma and the perfect granular texture.

The Grana Padano we offer has a slightly lighter texture, is grassy flavoured, and is a convenient young alternative to Parmigiano Reggiano. It's a good cheese for eating and grating.
