This Black Label is a young 5-year-old balsamic of very good quality and balanced sweetness and acidity. Produced by Acetaia Bellei, a family business located near Modena, that makes only quality balsamic vinegar of Modena. This is well suited for adding to food which has just cooked, like grilled fish, roast chicken or lamb. Sweet enough to be used on fruit such as melon or strawberries, where you can add a small quantity, then keep in the fridge to chill.
