This White Label is a young 3-year-old balsamic of very good quality and balanced sweetness and acidity. Produced by Acetaia Bellei, a family business located near Modena, that makes only quality balsamic vinegar of Modena. This is well suited for dribbling over roasted vegetables or grilled meats.
