Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena is a DOP balsamic that has been approved by the Consorzio to meet the affinato standards, which makes it roughly equivalent to 12 years old. It is, with the extra vecchio, one of the two "ultimate" tradizionale types of balsamic, which command the highest price. The bottle is attractively packaged in a presentation box, and comes complete with an information and recipe booklet.
