Borettane onions are traditional, small and flat juicy Italian onions, here preserved in good quality balsamic vinegar of Modena. They retain their original sweet onion flavour, and are crunchy yet tender. The Italian version of pickled onions, great for antipasti! The same quality borettane as in the 290g jar, but in a larger (3kg) catering size jar.
