Farina di castagne is made with 100% Italian dried chestnuts and is entirely gluten free. Very sought after to prepare delicious pasta dishes such as chestnut tagliatelle or gnocchi or cakes and biscuits where this very tasty and gluten free product is the flour of choice. During hot weather, please store the flour in a cool and dry place, preferably in the fridge.
