Semola di grano duro is flour milled from 100% Italian durum wheat. Its excellent quality and grade make it very suitable for making gnocchi, Italian-style bread like ciabatta or pane Pugliese (Apulian style bread). During hot weather, please store the flour in a cool, dark and dry place. Also available in 500g bags.
