Fioretto is 100% Italian maize flour, finely ground for baking cakes and biscuits. The quality of this flour is the same as the coarsely ground bramata, but being finely ground it is only suitable for baking or making pasta when mixed with 00 flour. During hot weather, please store in a cool, dry place, preferably a fridge.
