These are sheets of egg pasta containing 20% eggs which are perfect for the traditional dish of Lasagne alla Bolognese (meat ragú lasagna). Also excellent for a seafood lasagna, or to make ravioli with your choice of home made filling. Average cooking time 3-5 minutes.
