As the name suggests, this extra virgin is made exclusively from the taggiasca variety, widely grown throughout western Liguria. Franco Boeri runs the oil mill that makes this pale green/gold delicate oil, appreciated for its delicate honey and nutty character and regarded as amongst the best in its class in Italy.
