A wonderful soft set honey with a distinct hint of the rhododendron flowers. Produced high up in the mountainous area of Valtellina, where the bees go up the mountains during warmer weather to the rhododendron flowers. If everything goes to plan - which isn't every year if the weather is wrong - the end result is worth the wait.
