From the Tega mill in Umbria, this is an unfiltered blend of three different olive varieties: moraiolo, frantoio and leccino, harvested in a number of olive groves of the Assissi, Foligno and Spoleto areas of central Umbria. The style of the oil is a yellow green colour with hints of asparagus, green apples and artichokes with a pleasant peppery finish. An extra virgin well established in the UK.
