This is the catering size of this extremely attractive blend of unfiltered extra virgin olive oils. It is a firm favourite from the Tega mill, has a distinctly fruity flavour and a lovely yellow green colour with a nice peppery aftertaste. Extremely versatile, ideal for all cooking needs and for drizzling on raw or cooked vegetables and making mayonnaise. Olivesused: moraiolo, frantoio, leccino, sanfeliciano.
