Farina bramata bianca di granoturco is 100% Italian white maize flour. Coarsely ground, it is of the same quality, consistency and taste as the yellow maize flour, but is the flour of choice for a very traditional polenta dish, polenta alla Vicentina, which is a favourite in the north-east of Italy for the popular combination of polenta and fish. During hot weather, please store in a cool dry place, preferably a fridge.
