This small salami is made from a mixture of 30% wild boar and 70% pork. A finely ground pressed mix of the two meats is delicately seasoned with black peppercorns. Easy to slice by hand, we sell it in stringed pairs.

Price quoted is per kilogram, with each stringed pair weighing an average of 800g.
